My professor comes in and tells us that 3 of us placed in the money for the competition (there were 7 prizes overall). I was so happy, it didn't even sink in at all. He didn't know who got what place, just that we won something. Then later in the day, another student comes in to tell me that I WON THE COMPETITION! Congratulations!
